Mr Kabunga is a Tanzanian born Australian entrepreneur who holds a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Physics and has over 19 years technical and commercial experience in Tanzania, the United States and Australia.

Mr Kabunga has extensive experience in the mining industry, logistics, land access, tenure negotiation and acquisition, as well as a developer of technology businesses. Mr Kabunga has been instrumental in establishing the Tanzania Community of Western Australia Inc., and served as its first President. Mr Kabunga was also a founding member of Rafiki Surgical Missions and Safina Foundation, both NGOs dedicated to helping children in Tanzania.

Mr Kabunga also serves as Executive Chairman of Resource Mining Corporation (ASX:RMI).

Mr Virgara, a qualified CPA, has excelled as a recruitment Director/Owner and CFO. He offered strategic guidance in finance, HR, IT, marketing, and management to his companies. His experience includes CFO roles at Mitsubishi Motors, Spotless Group, and Elders, showcasing his strong financial discipline.

Harold is a Chemical Engineer specializing in the manufacturing of lithium-ion battery materials, with over 25 years at companies like Tesla, BASF, and Engelhard Corporation. He is a disciplined project leader and motivator who has successfully managed capital projects up to US$ 6 million, covering scope development, engineering, safety reviews, procurement, construction, and start-up.

Dr. Diptarka Majumdar

Diptarka has 27+ years of industrial experience spanning carbon/graphite, metal anodes for lithium-ion batteries, advanced materials for thick film microelectronics, photovoltaics, high density electronic packaging and electrical and electronic manufacturing. His tenure has been spread over Kemet Electronics Corporation, DuPont, Sun Chemical, Superior Graphite and Novelis. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and was certified during his decade-long stint with DuPont Electronic Technologies at their global headquarters in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.

He holds a B. Tech (Honors) from the Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a M.S. from the University of Maine, Orono and a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, all in chemical engineering. He is a published author and inventor and is a past chair (2012-15) of the Materials and Processing Committee of the Electronic Components and Technology Conference (ECTC) and a past member of the IEEE-CPMT Technical Committee (2010-15) and Consortium for Battery Innovation Technical Committee (2018-19).
