ASIMWE KABUNGA | NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Mr Kabunga is a Tanzanian born Australian entrepreneur who holds a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Physics and has over 19 years technical and commercial experience in Tanzania, the United States and Australia.
Mr Kabunga has extensive experience in the mining industry, logistics, land access, tenure negotiation and acquisition, as well as a developer of technology businesses. Mr Kabunga has been instrumental in establishing the Tanzania Community of Western Australia Inc., and served as its first President. Mr Kabunga was also a founding member of Rafiki Surgical Missions and Safina Foundation, both NGOs dedicated to helping children in Tanzania.
Mr Kabunga also serves as a Executive Chairman of Lindian Resources Limited (ASX.LIN) and Executive Chairman of Resource Mining Corporation (ASX:RMI).
PRASHANT CHINTAWAR | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Prashant Chintawar “PC” is an entrepreneurial global business leader, with a track record of creation and scaling up of new specialty material and battery material businesses, growing existing chemical businesses, product profit and loss management, negotiating and structuring deals and industrialization. His key strengths, honed at large global organizations (BASF, Honeywell, Solvay) and top tier management consulting firm (Arthur D. Little, Inc.), include strategic planning and tactical execution by rallying teams. He has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a Management Certificate in Finance.
TREVOR MATTHEWS | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Consequently, he has extensive executive management experience of feasibility studies, project planning/development, coordination and leveraging capital markets effectively to secure the appropriate mix of debt/equity funding, to successfully complete a mining project.
Mr Matthews role in overseeing an exploration company into production which was valued at approximately $2Bn in market capitalisation was viewed by the Volt Board as an excellent prerequisite. This experience will be valuable to Volt as it moves forward to bringing it’s Bunyu project into production. Mr Matthews has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
JUSTINE MACDONALD | CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Justine holds a B.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hons) (Geology) from the University of Stellenbosch, a GDE from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MDP and MBA from the University of Cape Town. She joined Volt in 2021 after 22 years in the African mining industry during which she held various roles in Resource Geology, Project Management (strategic growth) and Business Improvement.
Her passion is to drive sustainable business transformation through a pragmatic and integrated value-chain approach. She believes in delivering resilience and longevity through positive stakeholder relationships, including with the natural environment, that are underpinned by respect and collaboration.
GIACOMO FAZIO | NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr Fazio is a highly experienced project, construction and contract/commercial management professional having held senior project management roles with Primero Group Limited, Laing O’Rourke and Forge Group Ltd.
His experience ranges from feasibility studies through to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of diverse mining resources, infrastructure, oil & gas and energy projects.
ROBBIE FEATHERBY | COMPANY SECRETARY
Mr Featherby is a corporate advisor at SmallCap Corporate, a boutique corporate advisory firm specialising in providing company secretarial, CFO and transaction management services involving both listed and unlisted companies.
Mr Featherby is also the Company Secretary of Victory Goldfields Limited (ASX:1VG), Cosmos Exploration Limited (ASX:C1X) and Odessa Minerals Limited (ASX:ODE).
